Welcome all bikers to the HBC Big Rivers evening ride. The route has a good mix of city streets and bike trails. The ride starts at the Big Rivers Regional trailhead parking lot in Mendota Heights where there is ample parking, water and restrooms available. As we aproach fall please remember to bring a headlight with you. When we return to the parking lot it will be dusk.

This route winds it's way though Mendota Heights, Sunfish Lake, Inver Grove Heights, South St Paul, Lilydale then returning to the Big Rivers Regional trailhead. Near the halfway point there will be an official rest stop at the Rock Island Swing Bridge trailhead. This rest stop has water as well as restrooms available. The ride pace will be fast averaging 16+ MPH and cruising at about 18. Hope to see you there!
